The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a gorgeous looking and very well maintained 2003 Jaguar XJ8 in Topaz Metallic with the Beige Tan interior. This car has 59,447 miles and there has been only one owner since new. This Jaguar runs and drives beautifully. We performed a road test and service on this Jaguar in preparation for sale. The 4.0L V8 engine is silky smooth and very strong and the automatic transmission shifts perfectly. The owner installed a matching set of Michelin tires which are showing excellent tread. The oil and filters were just changed. All of the power equipment in this car has been checked and is working, and there aren’t any service or warning lights on. The exterior of this XJ is in excellent condition with nothing other than a few dings and a small paint chip spot below the back window. There aren't any dents or scratches on this car and the Topaz Metallic finish is super glossy over the entire body, without the slightest bit of fading. The alloy wheels are bright and clean. The undercarriage is very clean and in excellent condition. This car was owned by an elderly person who used it very infrequently, and this Jaguar was always garaged during inclement weather. The interior is crisp, fresh and very clean. All of the trim and interior components are in excellent condition without any damage. The carpeting is clean and fluffy throughout this car. The leather seats are soft and supple without any rips or holes. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle. There aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this car. The vehicle history report shows a very minor incident which was fully resolved years ago. We have the clean, original title in hand. This is a beautiful Jaguar in excellent condition. I would feel comfortable getting in and driving this XJ8 anywhere in this country. The balance is due within seven days. Pickup of the vehicle is within ten days of auction completion. The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. We do not offer financing. Deposit down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms. WARRANTY: This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $65, which will provide valid registration for a period of 60 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
