There has been only one owner since new, and this vehicle has never been in an accident. This Suburban was used by a development company for clients in the tri-state area. This Truck comes equipped with the 5.3L engine, automatic transmission, and four-wheel-drive. All of the equipment and everything in this Truck has been checked and tested, and everything is working properly. We were closed for vacation two weeks ago, and I personally drove this Suburban a few hundred miles to Virginia for the week. It runs and drove beautifully without so much as a hiccup. The 5.3L engine runs very strong and smoothly without any issues or problems. The transmission shifts perfectly and the four-wheel-drive operates properly. There aren’t any service or warning lights on. All suspension and steering components are tight. The tires are showing lots of tread and the brake pads are in excellent condition. The oil & filters were changed this week. This Truck was fully serviced and is ready to be picked up and put to use immediately. This vehicle was inspected and approved for a complimentary 3-month nationwide warranty, which can be upgraded to a 4-year comprehensive warranty at the time of purchase. This exterior of this Suburban has been very well maintained and it looks terrific. There aren’t any dents or body damage and the exterior of this Truck is straight and very clean. The Black paint is super glossy and lustrous over the entire body with nothing other than some stone nicks or minor imperfections. There isn’t any body rust, and the undercarriage is in excellent condition. The interior is fresh and clean as well. The seats and carpeting throughout this Suburban are in terrific condition without any rips, holes or damage. All seat surfaces are in excellent condition without any wear spots - even on the driver seat. The carpeting is fresh and fluffy throughout the interior. All of the interior trim is intact, tight and in excellent condition as well. This was a non-smoking vehicle, and there aren’t odors inside this vehicle. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $65, which will provide valid registration for a period of 60 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
