For Sale at no reserve is my 1986 Porsche 944. I purchased it last year, from the 2nd owner who purchased the car in 1988 and who reportedly drove it regularly between Portland and Bend, racking up the miles which are almost 200k. The previous owner was conscientious with maintenance performed at a local Porsche specialist, and extensive records exist. This Porsche runs and drives very well, and is more of a time warp than a car all worn out. Overall it presents very well although the clearcoat has failed on the front drivers side fender. Paint is failing on the non-original chin spoiler, and on the drivers door, the two streaks visible in the picture seem to be drips of epoxy or something really hard that I haven't been able to remove. Otherwise, the paint is creamy and rather nice with no other clear coat issues. Don't expect to drive this car without people wanting to talk to you about it. On that note, the rear light bar and Euro-style lower valance are vintage, and considering that fit this car really well, in person. The license plate holder is equipped with a light. In person, this is a pretty car and inspections are welcome. Lot's of life in this car for sure.
