The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a beautiful 2006 Mercedes Benz CLK 350 Convertible with 69,631 miles. This CLK runs excellent. The 3.5L engine is silky smooth and very strong without any issues and the automatic transmission shifts perfectly. The power top operates flawlessly. The tires are showing most of their tread and the brakes are in great condition. There aren’t any warning lights on, and all of the power equipment is working correctly. This CLK is ready to be picked up and driven anywhere. This vehicle was inspected and approved for a complimentary 3-month nationwide warranty, which can be upgraded to a 4-year comprehensive warranty at the time of purchase. The body of this Mercedes is in beautiful condition with nothing other some bumper marks and nicks. The Silver Metallic finish is super glossy and brilliant over the entire body. There isn’t any rust on this car and the undercarriage is in excellent condition. The alloy wheels are bright and clean without any scrapes, and all of the body trim is tight and intact without any damage. The interior in this CLK is crisp, fresh and very clean. All of the leather seat surfaces are soft and supple. There aren’t any rips or holes on the seats or carpeting in this car. The laminate on the radio display is chipping, but its not cracked and is readable. All of the trim panels and all other trim pieces are in excellent condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any burn marks or odors of any kind inside. The history report shows a minor incident years ago which was fully resolved without any residual issues. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $65, which will provide valid registration for a period of 60 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
