Photos are recent. If you think the price is unreasonable or too high, this truck is not for you. I have at least $36k in parts alone aside from a beautiful, well-maintained, low mileage roller that could easily sell for $15k alone. Exterior is 8.5-9/10 Interior 9.5/10 Miscellaneous Items Truck has a break-in tune and should be tuned. I will not commit to any numbers and the truck has not been raced with this particular combination so no times are available. I would highly recommend any out-of-state buyer to ship or tow the truck. I would not recommend any long distance drive. No guarantees on engine build or the parts used. The information provided by the builder was provided here. Engine details have not be verified. Builder states the combo was built for 850/1000. Truck has never been involved in an accident. Rear tailgate somehow got a slight crease alongside the outside edges. Looks like someone tried to push the truck from the soft spot in the tailgate. Some damage is also seen on the Lund Rollpan which is due to frame twist during launching. Overall paint is beautiful however it does have some minor flaws. All of the black plastic caps were painted to match One of the input wires for the sound system is pinched somewhere which causes intermittent interrupted sound/signal to the front right speakers. It self-corrects when the volume is adjusted. I believe it may have been caused by the install of a driveshaft loop years ago and pinched/clipped a wire. Its been like that for a long time but never really bothered me. There is an very faint brown spot on the carpet over the transmission hump. Most don't see it but I know it's there. Has been since I purchased it. Just like a very small chip in the driver side window. Still has all original exterior lighting equipment. I also don't recall ever changing a light bulb in the last 14-years. I would replace the Bed Rug. It's been in the truck since 2002 when I purchased the truck. It still looks good but I had it installed at the dealer prior to shipment to Germany. The rear tailgate flap has also separated from the rest. The vehicle has been all over the world and in multiple countries while serving in the military. I would have maintained more of the original parts however with all of the moving, it became difficult to ship auto parts. Valve covers may have slight intermittent oil leak. Not uncommon in the Lightning world due to head design and minimal clearance on the backside between the wall and oil valleys. The builder put some RTV on the outside to reduce/limit any oil seepage. Could also be the valve covers I used/re-used following the build. It's rare but I may find a drop of oil below after idling and stationary. It could also be from the valve cover breathers which also is not uncommon on vehicles with PCV delete. Truck is registered/insured and has a clear title. The truck is not smog legal so if your state, county or city has restrictions or smog requirements, you are responsible for such. New engine build has less than 100 miles. Approximately 25k miles on the odometer today. I have only put maybe 1500 miles on the truck since 2005. I am the second owner and I purchased it with approximately 5500 miles on the truck in 2002. I have two plastic containers with various pieces from over the years. I don't know what all is in there but everything goes. I also have a binder and a small box of stuff from the time I purchased the truck. I switched to the digital age in 2004 and over the years built an electronic library of photos, how-to's, etc. but unfortunately I lost everything when my computer and external back-up fail victim to a power surge. I have been a member of and a pioneer in the Lightning community since 2002. The truck has virtually seen every mod and I have put everything thru the test. Here is my final product and my last hoorah! I may be missing stuff and will never remember everything … this truck has been near and dear to me since 2002 and it is hard to recall everything that has been done, modified, changed, etc. It does not disappoint.
