Relisted due to non paying buyer (please no ZERO FEEDBACK BIDDERS). I am having a hard time letting go of this since it’s been in the family so long and the time and effort I put into it ( as well as the $) It’s going to sell to whoever has the cash! I purchased this S420 in 2000 from Rallye Motors in Roslyn NY. It came off a lease and was certified preowned with 22,000 miles, it now has 119,500. Since then it has been my daily driver to/ from train station and used for a few trips. We recently moved and no longer goes with my retired lifestyle/ and needs a good home.I have invested quite a bit of $ into this over the years and will list everything that I have a receipt for. The engine is strong without issues, drives very well. I’ve added a S 600 front grill, AMG wheels (18’) , clear turn-signals.I have the original Rallye Motors invoice, and all the paperwork and Starmark info in my name and will be includedThe windows were tinted ( not windshield or rear window) probably around 2005.Receipts that I have for the work below. The grey headliner material is missing from the sunroof shade. (The sunroof works and is not affected other than operating very slow) I have 2 keys, 1 with a working key fob, the other a Valet key. The left side view mirror is not the original glass, it is a piece that sticks on to the old one which is foggy. The sideview mirrors retract from inside, however you cannot adjust them using the inside switch. The oil pressure doesn't move for a while then jumps to its correct position (the mechanic could not fix it). the pressure is absolutely fine. The original radio picks up engine static when playing AM, FM is perfect and the Bose speakers are perfect. Cassette player and CD player work fine. I had an accident in 2007 ( I rear ended someone) and front hood and many other parts were replaced. Hurricane Sandy (2012) knocked branches and hurled acorns at the car. It was basically repainted, new front and rear glass. I also had the AMG wheels powder coated at the time. The front seat leather (lower) was replaced in 2009, now the uprights are showing some wear. The back seat stitching was going so I bought a replacement rear bench from a salvage yard. It looks fine and is solid! I replaced the antenna last October (with an EBAY one). It retracted for a while, now I hear the electric motor running but the antenna only occasionally retracts. I took the S420 identifier off the back of the car and replaced it with “Roadking” which came off my Harley. Ask any questions, and I'll do my best to answer them.
