The Jeep had a little over 7,000 miles on it when we bought it and it was completely stock, with all the bells and whistles you can get on a stock Jeep. We had been looking for a jeep for over a year but we wanted a 2011, or newer model. The 2011 has more power than the 2010 (and older) and the interior was changed in 2011. The problem we had was that it was hard to find a used Jeep Sahara that was a 2011 and the dealership wanted over $45,000 for this same optioned Jeep, and that was the stock price. I had purchased a couple of used vehicles from Hill Country Rides (local Dealer) in the past and we have always been happy with their cars. I spoke to Steve (The owner) and told him what I was looking for. Steve located this Jeep in Texas. It had been hit on the left rear side and needed a new rear fender and left rear panel. There was no damage to the frame. Steve bought the Jeep from the insurance company for me and I took it to Extreme Street Kustomz in New Braunfels to have the repairs done. The repair shop confirmed that the damage was minimal, nothing that would affect the drive train or suspension. My wife has been driving this Jeep as her second vehicle for the past six years, we have never had an issue with it of any kind. It originally had a Texas Salvage Title. After the repairs were made I had it inspected and it now has a Blue Texas Title (The remarks section shows that it was rebuilt) Never flooded, no air bags deployed, just damage to that left rear fender area. A couple of months ago I decided to put the lift kit, tires, bumpers, etc on the Jeep because my wife would often comment how much she liked the look of other Jeeps that were customized. I took the Jeep to an off-road shop in New Braunfels and spent almost $6,000 to have all of the improvements done. When I brought it home my wife said she hated it this way (?? I think its pretty cool) I offered to remove everything, she said that she had fallen in love with a BMW (also at Hill Country Rides), we bought the BMW, that’s the only reason we are selling the Jeep. This Jeep has never been off road. We put it in 4 wheel drive every year when we pull the jet ski’s out of the lake. We have used it to tow the jet ski trailer and a small trailer that carries our lawn mower. I decided to list this as a “no reserve” auction. No gimmicks. I really don’t know how to value this jeep so I will trust the auction system to provide a fair value. There are no issues with it! Fly into San Antonio or Austin (we live in between those cities) Drive it home, anywhere in the country that has a road or trail, it’s good to go! You are welcome to come to New Braunfels Texas and drive it before you bid. Whoever wins this bid will be very happy with their new Jeep! No Reserve! (Ebay made me start the bidding at $500 so I can receive a deposit from the winning bidder)
