This is a 1976 Honda GL1000 Goldwing trike. custom built here in Indianapolis Indiana by Farons Cycle along long time ago. I have loved the bike since the first time I saw it. The owner passed away back in March and his wife called me. I immediately bought it. now it breaks my heart but I cant keep it so I'm listing it here. I need the money more than I need another bike. It is a very good bike and I wouldn't be afraid to ride it anywhere. it runs and drives very well . It does not have a reverse gear. it does have dual disk brakes front and rear and stops on a dime. it also has a big trunk on the back but I forgot to take pictures of that. I will try to post some more pictures later. there are scratches here and there but it is still very presentable. they did a great job designing and building this beauty. I think the rear end is from an old rear wheel drive Toyota car or maybe a truck. I don't really know and everybody involved in building this bike are all since diseased. I know what he paid to have it built and I know what I paid for it so I'm not going to just Give it away. but I have set what I think is a reasonable reserve price. you will have to pick it up here on the southeast side of Indy zip code 46239 I require a $200. deposit within 48 hours of auctions end and the remaining balance within 7 days of auctions end. and due to the size of the bike you will need to pick it up within 2 weeks of auctions end. if you want it shipped it is up to you to arrange and pay for. I don't have a storage facility so please plan accordingly. PLEASE ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BID ! I will get back to you ASAP. I don't want any unhappy buyers.
