Up for sale is my 1964 Chevy impala 4 door that came with many factory options. factory tinted windows, factory power steering, factory power brakes ,factory padded dashboard, factory power windows and factory air conditioning. Most of the 2 door 64 impalas did not have all these factory options. Back in the day, this would have been the rich mans 64 impala because who could have afforded all of these extra factory options. The car spent most of its time in California until my uncles neighbor drove it to his parents house in long island when he got out of the navy. It originally came with an 8 cyl engine but in Calif it had water in the radiator & he did not know to drain out the water & put in anti freeze for the cold NY weather as opposed to Calif, so the water froze in the winter months and cracked the block. I had a running 67 nova with a 6 cyl engine in it that was crashed in the rear beyond repair , so i put the 6 cyl engine into the impala. The seats need to be reupholstered & a new headliner needs to be installed. I removed the carpet to install the new floor pans, including the pan under the rear seat that usually rusts in these impalas . It also has a new trunk pan in it. It comes with a lot of extra parts. 2 extra 1 barrell carbureators, extra hood latch, extra hubs, extra drums, extra front spindel, extra tailights, extra starter, extra flywheel, extra power steering pump and other items. . All of the chrome trimming, kick panels, door handles, window cranks, trunk trimming, valve covers, jack, door arm rests, hood hinges, fan schroud, drive shaft, a/c components are in the trunk. I have the front bumper but not the rear. The car was painted meadow green years ago but then I came across a 64 convertible that needed fenders, so I took them off the 4 door and put them on the convertible. I bought 2 white fenders years later at a local flee market and put them on this 4 door. The Frame is solid on this car with no holes or rust. The Frame was sanded down & painted with Por-15 for rust proofing years ago when the body was lifted to put on the new body bushings.There are no papers for the car. I will give you a notorized bill of sale and the keys for the car, but i do not have the papers for the car. You can go thru dmv or a car title company if you want to get the papers. This is a great parts car with options that could be restored. I had taken all of the chrome trimming, off about 10 years ago when i had it painted. Since then it has just been sitting since a new project came along & i forgot about this one. I have too many projects & not enough time or money to fix them all so i am going to try to cut it down to two and concentrate on those 2 ( ok, maybe cut it down to 5) and maybe this year i will get one of them finished. Fenders are held on with 3 screws each & the hood is just sitting on there. I have the screws for them. All the glass is good except for the front windshield that i cracked years ago when I lifted up the body to put the new body mount bushings on. It has 14 inch tires, steel wheels & 4 hubcap. The car is not running & will have to be towed. My hand & back is starting to give me problems & i cant work on the cars like i use to , so its time for a lot of them to go to good new homes where they may be fixed and loved. No reserves, it goes to the highest bidder. When are you going to find another car in this condition with this many options ??? Again, there are NO PAPERS for this car. Ebay would not let me list it and there was no option in the drop down box for no papers. I will help with the loading of the vehicle as much as i can.
