1968 CAMARO RS/SSThis LeMans Blue on Black Camaro has had a comprehensive rotisserie restoration with every nut and bolt replaced. Restored to a better than new condition while maintaining as much originality as possible. It is powered by a rebuilt date correct big block 396 / 350 HP. motor, backed up with a Muncie M20 wide ratio transmission fitted with M22 spec gears giving it that sought after whine that Rock Crusher Muncie's were noted for. The rear end is a 12-bolt posi-traction unit fitted with 3.73 gears. Wildwood power disc brake conversion kit makes this car stop on a dime. New suspension, new exhaust, power steering and 17 inch Rally wheels make this one killer Camaro. This Camaro is loaded with factory options,gauges, and Tic-Toc-Tach console. The LeMans Blue finish is highlighted by a White Bumblebee nose stripe and SS badging. The black vinyl bucket seats and interior are in excellent shape. The exterior has been treated to all new chrome bumpers and emblems as well as new glass and weather stripping. The interior has correct new carpet, door panels, headliner, and seat covers as well as a reconditioned tach and gauge package. The radio has been replaced with the Retro Sound Lagoona it looks like the factory radio but adds modern conveniences. The car is very well optioned for the era. Car has undergone several hours of hand detailing at the Luxe Auto Spa including many hours of paint correction and Modesta coating for a very deep shine.This Camaro drives and handles very well due mainly to the very high quality of the restoration, the power of the legendary 396 engine as well as the tasteful use of a modern brake system and wheel and tire combination.Reserve is under the Appraisal. This car is used, not a trailer queen, and has been driven so I wont say its perfect but it is graded at an A by (Auto Appraise) and is very tasteful.
