't Up for auction is my extremely clean 2001 Dodge Ram 2500. I have owned the truck for almost 3 years now. I purchased it from the original owners son it was passed down to him when his father passed. The truck has been very well maintained and it sure shows. The truck runs drives and shifts absolutely perfect. 4x4 works as it should. Air conditioning is ice cold. Heat is good and hot. I would not hesitate to drive the truck anywhere. The truck is equipped with the rare and desirable 6 speed manual transmission and 3.55 gears. When I got the truck it was 100% bone stock except for a fass lift pump. The only things I modified on the truck are I put a turbo back exhaust and a s&b intake on it to give it that classic cummins sound. The truck has NEVER had a "tuner or programmer" of any kind ever installed in it. It has 4 brand new Hankook Dynapro AT-M tires sized 285/75/16. The truck sits very nicely with these on it. The truck's paint is all 100% original which has been verified with my friends digital paint thickness gauge. The paint shines like showroom new. The truck has been garage kept its entire life which really shows. This is not a truck that has been sprayed with all kinds of stuff underneath to hide rust and other issues. The pictures were taken today. Yes there are few spots of surface rust on the frame as you can see in the pictures but if you ask me it is extremely clean underneath. There are 2 spots of rust at the front of both rockers as seen in the pictures. I believe the running boards being on the truck its whole life saved the rocker panels. Cab corners, front fenders, and bed sides are still looking new. The instrument cluster bezel has a crack in it and the driver seat has a little tear on the side other then that the interior is perfect as well. As said before this is not your typical 2001 dodge listed for sale. There is zero body or paint work that has ever been done to the truck. This is your chance to own a clean, unmolested 6 speed cummins diesel. The owners manual and all the paperwork from when it was purchased new is still in the glove box.
