For sale is a 1988 Honda Acty Street L van. I listed as a 1980 because that’s the only way EBay would accept the Japanese non conforming vin number. This a Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) vehicle which means it was not originally intended to be sold outside of Japan. I am the first US owner not counting the import company. The van is a 4 wheel drive, 5 speed with a 2 cylinder 550cc engine. It is right hand drive. It has hot heat and a working air conditioner. Lights, signals etc all work. The van is currently plated, insured, and street legal. 4wd operates properly. It currently has 89089 kilometers which translates to 55357 miles. Odometer subject to go up slightly. Even though it’s for sale I drive it around some, when it’s nice out, to keep her charged up and operating nicely. Speedometer is also in kilometers. It has a 5 digit odometer so you can't tell if it has been flipped over and is really 189089 kilometers. However, I have service records going back to when it was reasonably new and if you follow the kilometers and dates on the records you would likely conclude that the odometer reading is true, but can not be guaranteed. Clear Indiana title reads “exempt” miles as Indiana does not accept kilometers. It seats 2 in front and 2 in back. Front seats have factory seat belts but the back seat does not, that’s how it was made. One universal seat belt has been added in back. A second one that is not installed comes with the van if you want it. It’s a 30 year old van. It shows very well but still has signs of wear. A few touched up chips and a very slight fade around the windshield area. But mainly make sure you look at the rear gate, it has a noticeable ding. It’s the only one I’ve ever driven but seems like a good driver to me. I love the van. It's a good van. But, I have my eye on a toy that can also tow my camper so I need to get this out of my toy box. If you have any questions message me through eBay and I will respond promptly. The 46714 zip code would also be more trailer friendly if it’s being hauled back to your place. Payment preferred in cash but bank certified check is ok as long as it can be verified as good by the bank. Sorry about that but too many scammers out there with fake money orders. No PayPal.
