CAR IS LOCATED IN CHARLOTTE, NC. BILL OF SALE ONLY. You are bidding on one running 1961 Triumph TR3. BODY VIN TS68868L. ENGINE VIN TS67191E. Car is fairly complete, and all original, minus most interior trim. Dash and gauges in good condition. Some electrics working(gauges), (a few lights). New rebuilt starter. Engine runs GREAT. Transmission moves in all gears when engaging via starter. Clutch inoperable as well as brakes. What you see is what you get. I do have some of the original tools and original jack plus original air cleaner tops and one air cleaner bottom. SEE PHOTOS IN LINK FOR THESE ITEMS. Car does not come with a battery. I will let the pictures do the talking as far as overall body condition. The jack in the photos is there holding up the PASSENGER DOOR, it is not there to hold up the frame. Frame is in good condition, with just a small section of ONLY the bottom portion of the outer box channel missing towards the front of the driver door. Car rolls and steers fine. THIS IS A PROJECT CAR. Could it be saved??? Maybe, but I would look at this as a great donor, as the drivetrain is in running condition. Non-Running engines go for $1500.00. Valvetrain was clean as a whistle when I opened up the valve cover. Engine cranks up quickly and idles well, takes fuel well also. Very smooth and quiet running. Someone began to do some body repair here and there. Hood, trunklid, driver and passenger door are all in good condition. Marker lamps front and rear in good condition. Firewall is in great condition, battery box is of course not.
