The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is an outstandingly clean 2014 Nissan Pathfinder with 159,112 miles. There has been only one owner since new who was an independent consultant and travelled extensively from Georgia to Louisiana. This vehicle has never been in an accident or damaged, and it looks like a vehicle with 40k miles. This Pathfinder runs flawlessly and is incredibly clean - inside, outside and underside. This is the Platinum edition and it comes equipped with lots of features including the Navigation System, Power Panoramic Roof, Front/Rear/Side Cameras, Heated & Cooled Leather Seats, Power Rear Hatch, Third Row Seat, and Rear DVD Entertainment System. All of the equipment in this vehicle has been checked and tested, and everything is working correctly. There aren’t any service or warning lights on, and this Nissan runs and drives beautifully. The 3.5L engine runs flawlessly. The transmission shifts perfectly and the All-Wheel-Drive operates properly. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. We performed a safety service and road test on this vehicle in preparation for sale. The tires are showing lots of tread, and the brakes are almost brand new. The oil & filter and air filter were replaced last week. This Pathfinder is ready to be picked up and driven anywhere. The exterior of this Pathfinder looks gorgeous. The Black finish has maintained beautiful gloss and luster over the entire body with nothing other than tiny stone nicks in the front. Otherwise, the exterior of this Truck is virtually flawless. There aren’t any dents, scratches or damage on the body. There isn’t any body rust at all, and the undercarriage is in excellent condition. The wheels are bright and clean and all exterior trim is in perfect condition. The interior is as close to new condition as possible. All of the leather seats are soft, supple and in terrific condition. The driver seat doesn't have even the slightest wear mark. The carpeting is fluffy, clean and in excellent condition throughout this vehicle. The floor mats don't show any wear marks, even on the driver side. There aren’t any stains, holes or damage on any of the seats or carpeting. All of the trim panels are intact, tight and in perfect condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this vehicle. This is a gorgeous looking and excellent running SUV, and I wouldn’t hesitate to drive this Pathfinder anywhere in the country. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
