The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a Great Looking 2001 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4WD. The Cherokee’s have the outstanding reputation of being one of the most reliable, low maintenance SUV’s ever made and only a very small percentage of them are the Limited models. This Jeep is equipped with the 4.0L engine, automatic transmission, Four-Wheel-Drive, and the factory towing package. It also comes with the leather interior, heated seats, power windows, door locks & mirrors, power seats, air conditioning and Sony CD stereo with USB & AUX ports. All of the power equipment in this Jeep has been checked and is working including the air conditioning. This Cherokee runs and drives very well without any service or warning lights on. The 4.0L engine runs very strong and smoothly. The transmission shifts crisply and the four-wheel-drive engages properly. There aren’t any leaks. The most common problem with the 4.0L engines are that they eventually leak from the valve cover, oil pan or rear main seal. All three of these seals and gaskets were replaced less than two months ago. The owner installed a complete set of Goodyear tires which are showing most of their tread, and the brake pads are in great condition as well. The oil & filter and the air filter were changed this week. This Jeep is ready for immediate pickup, and I wouldn’t hesitate to drive it anywhere in the country. The exterior of this Cherokee looks great. The exterior has the nice patina of a vehicle that has seen some miles but was not neglected. There are minor imperfections and fading but there aren't any dents or body damage. The vehicle history report is clean without any accident history. There isn't any body rust and the undercarriage and floors are uncharacteristically clean. It looks like this Jeep hasn't been off road or even exposed to winter weather. The alloy wheels are bright and clean without any damage. The interior is fresh, clean and has been very well maintained. All of the seats are in excellent condition without any damage. The carpeting is fluffy and clean without holes or even wear spots. There are a full set of Weather-Tec floor mats inside, which protected this floor perfectly. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any odors or burn marks inside. We have the clear title in hand. This is a great looking and excellent running Cherokee, and I would expect this Jeep to provide dependable service for many years to come. NOTE: We will be closed from December 25th to January 2nd, and we will extend the pickup time by an additional week accordingly. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms. WARRANTY: This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends. We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
