The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a gorgeous looking 2014 Honda Accord Sport with the automatic transmission. There has been only one owner since new, and there are 35,774 miles on this car. ** In September 2014, the owner had taken this car in for a maintenance service. As explained to me, it was checked in and parked on the service lot during which time a street flood occurred that put this lot under 16” of water in the low spots. Apparently, this car was parked on an incline in a relatively high spot on the lot, and was not actually damaged. There were over 100 vehicles on the lot at the time, all of which were assumed to be damaged, which were then paid off by the insurance companies, and liquidated. This isn't the first time that we've had cars that were declared a total loss, but had sustained zero damage. My wife drove a Lexus for three years that was acquired under nearly identical conditions after it was declared a total loss without ever having sustained any water damage or otherwise. The title for this Accord was reconstructed and re-certified in 2015 when it had 5,616 miles, which means that this Accord can be driven and registered in exactly the same manner as any other vehicle. This Honda has been driven and used for the past three years and thirty thousand miles without any apparent problems. We have also gone over this Accord and presently there isn't any damage on this car. There was a crease on the right rear door that we refinished. The paint on the rest of this car is original, and every body panel on this car is original. We haven't found any evidence of water, frame or undercarriage damage or any previous repairs. This Accord looks, runs, sounds and drives like a nearly new car. There are four brand new Goodyear tires on this car, and the brakes are in excellent condition. The oil & filters were replaced this week. There aren’t any service indicators or warning lights on, and this Accord is ready to be picked up and driven anywhere in the country. All of the equipment in this Accord is working properly including the air conditioning and heat. The exterior of this Accord looks gorgeous with nothing other than a few nicks chips that have been touched up already. There aren't any dents or scratches on the body, and the White Orchid Pearl paint is super glossy and brilliant over the entire body. The interior is crisp, fresh and clean. There aren't any rips, holes or damage on any of the seats, carpeting or trim. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle and there aren't any burn marks or odors of any kind inside this car. This Accord looks, runs, drives and feels just like any well treated, 4-year old, low mileage should. The vehicle history report is clean, and we have the title in hand. This is a gorgeous car that runs like new. This Accord should provide many years of reliable service for may years to come. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
