Up for sale is a 2003 Infiniti G35 - Red [Garnet Fire Pearl Metallic]. I bought the car from Copart as an insurance write-off in October 2014. I have a salvage title for the car from Copart that was signed over to me, as well as the bill of sale from Copart to me, but I never titled or registered it in my name because I never got the car to the point where it would pass inspection. It apparently was involved in collision on front passenger side, but the car appealed to me because it had next to no evidence of body damage. Anyway, since buying the car, I put quite a bit of money into it. As you can see, I spent $3,900 on a new rack and pinion steering unit, right front sub-frame repair, new right front knuckle/spindle/hub, and new outer tie rods. After all that work, I was told that the only thing the car additionally needed was to have frame pulled for a castor adjustment as well as alignment of the right front fender (it does not align exactly right - in other words, there is small space between hood and right front fender). A description of the additional work needed is at the top of the mechanic's bill in the pictures I have included. However, because the car has a salvage title and I would need to have it towed to a body shop, I never got around to having this work done. I have subsequently purchased a different vehicle and therefore I am selling the G35 to someone who can hopefully finish the last piece of work here and get her on the road. The car has a new battery. It starts right up. There are no dashboard warning lights, as you can see from the picture. All the electronics work. Windows, power locks, air conditioning blows ice cold. It is exceptionally clean and the leather is in excellent condition. No rips or tears in the leather whatsoever. No rust whatsoever underneath the car. The few exterior flaws on the car I have taken pictures of and included here. There is a small scratch on driver's side rear door. There is a small paint chip near corner of sunroof and a couple of small dings - one on roof (very subtle you almost don't notice it) and above the rear window on driver's side. There is also a light crack in the windshield near the bottom of the passenger's side. Because it needs the castor adjustment, it makes a noise on the right front side if you drive it. The hood latch also needs to be fixed/replaced, and the passenger's side front door may need a slight adjustment because a little bit of water tends to seep in where the window glass meets the rubber molding.
