Vehicle Detail
2012 Dodge Charger Pursuit. 5.7 Hemi, rwd, auto. This is a retired Ohio State Highway Patrol vehicle. I purchased in March of 2016 with 112,000 miles. Immediately after purchasing, the Charger underwent a large makeover. Body: Shaved third brake light, shaved trunk keyhole, shaved windshield nozzles, shaved rear marker lenses. Very high quality paint job in "rebel blue" with satin black and red accent striping. The front bumper has an accessory lower lip, and the trunk has an SRT style spoiler. The only part of the car that has not been repainted is the engine bay,it is still factory silver, which doesn't look bad at all. Suspension/wheels: BC Racing 32 way height and ride adjustable suspension, recently replace front strut bars. 22x9.5" Hellcat style wheels, tires are like new. Car can be raised prior to sale upon buyers request. Interior: Interior has been upgraded with carpet, center console, and headliner from a low mileage R/T model. It has cloth front seats and vinyl rear. Interior is very clean and presentable with no rips/tears, non-smoking car. While the interior was disassembled, the entire interior cabin was coated with "lizardskin" sound deadening coating. This car is lexus quiet on the highway. Mechanically the vehicle is all original with no engine modifications. It is in good running/driving condition with no check engine lights etc. Quick start ups, quiet idle, smooth at speed. Transmission shifts perfect every time, doesn't miss a beat. The car currently has 119,7xx miles and may go up slightly as I do have the vehicle listed locally and may take it to be seen. This has been a very fun car. I have taken it to several shows and organized "cruise" events, and my wife loves going out in it. It always gets a lot of attention. The custom work is so well done that people often question if it's a factory upgrade or custom. I have only put about 7,000 miles on the car since purchase. This has strictly been my summer car for me. It is ready to drive, ready to show, ready to impress. I encourage anyone interested to view the car in person prior to bidding, as this is an automobile, and very hard to account for every detail in an online listing. Despite all the upgrades, I have priced the car just under "book value" due to the winter season not being the opportune time to sell this type of car.
