Give me a call so we can discuss. 1928 Model A Woody Roadster with a rumble seat. A vehicle that looks like Ford made it, but they never made a woody roadster. A local craftsman custom fabricated this vehicles wood body in a way to show the smooth body lines and great character of the Model A. A true custom bodied woody roadster. Do not mistake this car for a car that is cheap. This is high quality wood that was hand formed and fitted with wood pegs too. Such wonderful craftsmanship you will be proud to own and show off and drive! Check the video and photos The builder was tall man and he did stretch the chassis some to accommodate a larger seating area. The tan folding cloth top is not shown but does fit much like a Model T top and the top is included in the auction. The top fits and looks good on the car. No side curtains were ever made for the car. Engine ,drivetrain, rear end is all Model A. I have a large selection of parts that can be included for an additional $1000 that includes a complete engine, wheels, radiators gas tank and much, much more. The car was built and then sold once the craftsman could no longer drive. The 2nd owner past and his widow who's name the car is in asked me to sell the car for her. She will sign the title and I will notarize it for the new owner. We know the car last ran a bit over a year ago, but we have not been able to get it cranked. I do not expect there will be much trouble to get it running again, but bid and know that it will need some assistance and help to get her back in regular running order. I have always liked this car and used it for my eBay profile photo. I have just been informed that we do have side curtains for the car that zip into the side! The top also has a plastic rear window.
