Anyone who has had the opportunity to drive a new car, would experience the same feeling when you sit at the wheel of this Ford Interceptor. From the instant you look around you, you note the excellent condition of the interior of this vehicle, the fresh clean smell, engine startup and vehicle performance – everything will tell you – this is practically a new car! Condition - Exterior / Interior: There are some minor paint finish flaws, minor decal adhesive residue or related damage, hard to find dings and/or dents may be present. There is no significant, if any, undercarriage rust. The dashboard console has been kept in excellent conditions (no holes or glue residue anywhere), all dashboard gauges and indicators work properly, turn lights, windshield washer and wipers work properly, the radio works fine. As noted, the driver seat cover has normal wear imperfections, the rear seat is in near-new condition. As noted in the pictures, all door panels are in very good conditions as well as the headliner. No significant floor carpet wear damage noted. The ashtray/cup holder assembly is in like-new conditions. The power door locks are functional, also any rear vehicle occupants may open from the interior as needed. All four power windows are in good working order. There is plenty of space available in the trunk, a spare tire and jack were already present in the vehicle. New Ford Headlamps and cornering lamps assemblies, with upgraded headlamp bulbs. All new 3M window tinting, new wiper blades. Condition / Functional: Has not yet reached the 97k miles mark; and obviously, this is not "another burnout patrol unit".Engine and Idle quality: Impressively even, you won’t feel any vibration at the steering wheel. The factory platinum plugs have just been replaced using the same type as the factory installed plugs. No further spark plugs replacement needed for at least the next 65,000 miles. The vehicle already had an engine oil and filter change service completed. No startup or post start engine noises, no fluid leaks of any kind. There are no pending or active Check Engine codes, the engine is amazingly responsive. Transmission: The transmission shifts flawlessly as in a new car. A/C and Heater: The A/C system is in excellent conditions, making it a desirable car for those dry and hot states. The climate control works properly. Tires, steering and suspension: The steering system is accurate, the vehicle drives straight. The front tires are almost new, the rear and spare tires have 10/32” tread depth (average). The suspension is quiet, firm (as expected in a Heavy Duty equipped vehicle) but pleasant, no rear end/differential noise. Brakes performance: The vehicle apparently had all brake rotors and pads replaced, they are practically still in the break-in interval. For additional comfort, the vehicle features an electronic brake pedal height adjustment.** Posted vehicle mileage could slightly increase due to potential buyers test-drive.
