The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a Gorgeous 2004 Mercedes Benz C240 4Matic Sedan with only 64,281 miles. This C240 runs and drives beautifully. This vehicle has been very well treated and maintained, and this Mercedes is in excellent condition. There aren’t any service or warning lights on in this car and all of the power equipment is working. We performed a safety inspection and road test on this Mercedes in preparation for sale. The engine runs very strong and smoothly. The transmission shifts perfectly and the All-Wheel-Drive 4Matic system operates properly. The suspension and steering is nice and tight. The tires are showing good tread and the brakes are in excellent condition. The oil & filter and the air filter were also freshly replaced last week and this car is ready for immediate pickup. The Gray Metallic exterior of this Mercedes is in beautiful condition with nothing other than minor imperfections and some marks on the bumper plastic. The paint is super glossy and clean over the entire body. There aren't any dents or scratches on the body. There isn't any body rust and the undercarriage is in excellent condition. The interior of this Mercedes is crisp, clean and in beautiful condition as well. The seats and carpeting are in superb condition. All of the leather surfaces are soft and supple. The carpeting is fresh and fluffy throughout the interior. All of the interior trim is intact, tight and in perfect condition. The vehicle history report shows a minor incident when the owner was in Connecticut on vacation in 2007 and she backed into another car. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
