This item is being re-listed due to non-payment-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-Hello. I'm getting rid of the family cow that was bought new when our 2nd child was born. The vehicle is driveable, but NEEDS TRANSMISSION REPAIR for safe operation. CHECK ENGINE light is also on. Being sold AS-IS with absolutely NO WARRANTY. Because of the transmission, the vehicle is UNSAFE to drive. The registration has EXPIRED as of September 2017. Buyer assumes all responsibility for transport, ownership, liability, safety, repairs -- any issue with the car, it's the buyer's responsibility after the sale. No, I cannot help you arrange transport, no I cannot help you register. The vehicle is located in 90230. You may inspect the vehicle -- it will have to be during evenings as I am at work during day time. Title is clear. My thinking is whoever buys this would probably want it for parts. The engine runs smooth and strong -- did my own oil changes every 7.5k with synthetic oil. Passed smog with plenty of margin on August 2016. I'm GUESSING (I don't know for sure and can't guarantee it) the check engine light is related to the transmission -- once in a while, the transmission does not shift from 2nd to 3rd gear. The last time it happened was about 2 months ago, and the vehicle has been driven probably 6 days out of the week on 30 mile (one-way) commute since with no tissues. At its worst, during the winter, the shifting issue happened almost every other day for about 3 weeks. NO, I AM NOT SUGGESTING you can drive this car safely. I am elaborating on the issue so you have an idea on what repairs might be needed. Please talk to your mechanic first. There are plenty of things on the vehicle that still work, and plenty that don't. Heater yes. A/C no. Radio yes. Power windows & power sliding doors yes. Lights, wipers, brakes -- working. No known leaks. TCS (traction control system -- i.e., anti-skid system) warning light comes on. No other warning lights. Several lights out in the interior. Email me and I can elaborate further. Body has scratches all over as in the picture. Structurally sound -- was in one collision where the rear bumper cover was replaced. I thought about repairing the transmission and keeping the vehicle for another 2 years, but decided not to. The car can be driven, even at freeway speeds (but remember the transmission issue). No sale then the car goes to charity (and may end up on eBay that way, I suppose). Bike racks and crossbars not included. Spare tire missing. Full payment is required before pickup. I will accept PAYPAL payment ONLY, and the SALE IS FINAL. NO REFUNDS, except in the case that I have misrepresented anything in this listing (I believe those are eBay rules).
