** This car was listed in the spring in case it looks familiar**Check my feedback, I will provide best description possible, ask questions, I wont let someone buy this car that thinks its something that it's not. This car has a clear title in hand. It is owned by my close friend who has no availability to sell. The car is in my possession and the owner will be present to sign all paperwork and be available to answer calls/texts if needed. This car was a daily driver in May 2017. That being said, it was far from perfect. My friend was stubborn about the reserve price (despite my advice) and now that the car sat all summer, and required a new 140.00 battery, he back to reality. The reserve is set far lower than ALL 3 past auctions ended!! Like junk yard price low... It still runs and drives. It's a little dustier and the rotors have plenty of surface rust to drive off. Now, will I say this is a drive home car? I did in fact say just that a few months ago but as stated above, I will not allow anyone to get stranded because the car sat too long, so I'm am officially stating that this car should be flatbed-ed. If you are going to drive it, it is at your own risk. In may, the car did not run hot, shifted fine and managed to drive about 60 miles daily. Known issues1. Leaks oil from seal above timing chain. It will leave a small puddle after a long drive once parked. I had the repair for the seal alone quoted at $400. That does not include changing the original timing chain if you are wanting that done since it will be exposed. 2. Needs tires. Front are worn and show signs of alignment issue. Rear have tread but are old. Since its an AWD car you need all 4 3. Moon roof stuck shut. it it slightly pitched down as it would just as it was about to open. There is tape around the seems. No signs of any leaks at all. 4. Some warning lights. airbag light is only light that stays on. One light seemed to indicate the world coming to an end and it turned out to be a brake light bulb. This car is flashes shapes and chimes that probably own make sense to an Audi owner. Again, Doesn't run hot, not issues that you can feel. 5. Misc body damage. The front cracked bumper is the worst of it. The hood is faded and its has its share of scratches and dings. Over all not bad but far from perfect. Interior is dirty but rip free and complete. Just vacuum it. A/c works, tape deck and CD work but have been known to take the day off for some reason. All the little audit things are intact, the silly orange trunk triangle, the net for the trunk...all weather mats... I have no idea how the brakes are holding up. It stopped fine in May but accumulated surface rust. It has been driven a few times but you have squeaks for sure. You may have a power steering leak. it was 1/2 way low at one point. I filled it and have yet to make it leak but just putting it out there. Bid to own this car. cant arrange shipping, just will meet you on date and time you come to get it. no warranties, no promises. as is. no scammers. no overseas shipping to princes in made up countries who will pay me 4x the amount asked. fix it or part it. leave a # if you need to text or talk.
