Hello, I am re listing this item due to the fact the buyers account was used by another person and was misused.I bought this car a couple years ago with intention to restore and Oh well we all have heard that story!!!Never got the chance to do so.Car was in a few car shows and was recognized by the show and has a few placards or tags on the center consul as you can see in photos.It was originally Golf yellow but now painted in sun rise yellow with exception of the trunk that you car see the healthy shock towers and original Golf yellow color.paint job is not a good paint job but it holds up OK!under the car has no rust and is very original. i just got the car back running and replaced the brake booster with a rebuilt one and brake master cyl along with some of metal brake linings in the rear to get the brake to work again.interior is all original and presents well, dash is a two piece dash and almost free of cracks with a exception of a hair line crack that can burly be seen.seats and headliner are in good shape. all chromes are here and are in good shape.MY goal was to convert this to car to a 5 speed which cost less than 2k to do and keep the original automatic parts because i know soon there will be no more automatic ones left and they will be more collector than the manual ones that way you have it both.I took a photo of odometer and have no idea how many miles it has on it but i wrote the numbers that shows on it in the description above.carpet is in original condition and looks good for its age. I will make myself available for shipping company to pick up the car. I honestly have tried to describe the car to the best of my knowledge and hopefully I did not miss anything all bidders with zero feedback need to contact me before bidding on the item or I will be cancelling their bids. The buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle and the transportation insurance ,buyer is responsible to run their own history reports from privately owned companies such as Car fax, auto check, etc. Sellers assumes no responsibility against transportation how ever I will be more that happy to make myself available for transportation company to pick up the car. once again please ask any questions before bidding on the item.
