If you are looking for a nice rider (not a show bike) but an original E-start triple that does not appear to have been abused - this could be the one. I acquired this bike in a multi-bike purchase several months ago - and have been prepping it to provide a new owner a dependable bike that's ready to go. Following are the specifics that have been done 1) hi-amp sealed battery 2) fresh pro-done tank paint 3) clutch/spider shock rubber replacement 4) changed fluids and oil filter 5) new plugs 6) had the carbs synched 7) chains adjusted and lubed. It also has a Mukini carb upgrade (smoother/easier to tune) and an oil pressure gauge + tool kit. Very good tires. The bike starts almost at the touch of the button, idles smooth, no clutch rattle (common to most triples with many miles that haven't had the shock rubbers replaced). It does not smoke or make any strange engine sounds other that normal. Chrome is shiny/not flaking. Far better than average rubber. Suspect the mileage correct but cannot guarantee it is accurate.
