2000 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4.0 AutoThis is my personal Jeep that I have had as a second vehicle for about 3 years. It has only been driven in the summer and stored in the winter. The previous owner (my neighbor) also stored it in the garage in the Winter. This is a clean Jeep for a Michigan Jeep. I'd give it a 7 and remember that's my opinion. The 4.0 engine runs well and the auto trans shifts great. Has a MPRP exhaust that is about a year old, it's not loud. It drives straight down the road but the steering wheel is off a bit. I had the front end rebuilt 6,000 miles ago and I don't think they aligned it right but It drives straight so I didn't care. I removed the carpet last year and used a roll on textured bed liner for the floor. This way you can just hose of the inside if it gets dirty. The seat covers are starting to get worn but the seats under them are in good condition. The Jeep was mostly used just to drive around town with the top off. In 3 years I took it off road 3 times. It dose very well offroad. It's equipped with a 4 inch Skyjacker Suspension with and a 1 inch body lift. The tires are Goodyear Duratracks 33/12/15 with about %60 tread. I think there is a locker in the rear as sometimes around a sharp turn it makes a little chatter and if you give it some gas off road both tires spin evenly. I installed a nice Kenwood receiver with CD MP3 and Bluetooth about a year ago, there is also a soundbar in the rear and I have some new font speaker in a box. The soft top is only about a year old and has tinted windows. The only bad part is some minimal rust. The drivers side front fender is the worst, it's rusted pretty bad but I sprayed some touch up paint on it so it looks okay. I do have a NEW never installed fender to replace it. There is a small rust bubble on the passenger door. There are a few other very small bubbles around the Jeep all which have been there since I bought it and haven't spread. Overall if you walk 10 feet away the Jeep looks mint. If you come up close there are some imperfections as I said before I'd give it a 7. Defintaly better than most TJ's. I also have a cover for the Jeep that is included. So you can keep the top off all summer and just toss the cover on at night. The Hella Lights up front aren't hooked up. I bolted them on about a month a month ago and never wired them. I have the box, wires and instructions. I will wire them if the auction hits $8k or more. The only reason I am selling this is because I found a good deal on the boat I want. The Jeep is sold as is where is. I have tried to describe this Jeep the best I can. I am no mechanic but I feel it is in Good Used condition. Ready for some fun! Feel free to e-mail me with any questions.
