It was last registered in the State of Missouri. I purchased from the previous original owner. Vehicle was purchased by original owner in Mexico brand new from a VW dealership. Then vehicle was imported into the USA and had all the paperwork and licenses to have it legalized to be driven and operated (pink slip is from the State of Missouri). Unfortunately, after I purchased this vehicle, I learned it could not be registered in California due to California's strict vehicle registration. It has not been driven much since I owned. Please check to make sure you can register this car in your State. See VIN number. The car needed brake work, a new 3rd/4th cylinder head and catalytic converter which was all done. Also, new on-board engine computer and various sensors etc. Car runs really well, 1600cc engine with fuel injection and disc brakes. Radio is missing and dashboard is slightly damaged from theft (how I purchased). The car has a few dings here and there, clear coat on top is peeling, but cosmetically is 8 out of 10. It has the original paint (red). Car has air-conditioning but a/c belt we removed as a/c not needed so unsure of condition. It should be noted the speedometer only indicates km not miles. This car is a real head turner!! Local pickup must be arranged. Any inspections by buyer are to be completed BEFORE the end of sale, NOT afterward. $500 deposit required within 24 hours of auction.
