Previously owned by an 86 year old man in Westford, Ma.who recently sold his home. He said the last time the car was driven was on his 70th birthday. The car is all there and all original, but the key is missing. We jumped the ignition switch, cleaned the points and the gas tank and carburetor, put in a 6 volt battery and it started right up and ran great! We drove it down the driveway and it goes through all the gears, forward and backwards, the brakes work, the front tires are good but the back tires and the spare are bad. Only one will hold air, so it will need at least 3 tires. There is some rust on the passenger side rocker and the bottom of the cowl, but the frame and the underneath of the car is in good shape. I was told by the old gentleman that he owned the car for many years and that it has 44,400 miles on it.He said it ran fine when he parked it and until the last 5 years it was always indoors.
