1978 Honda CB400 Automatic538 Original Miles!1 Owner For sale today is a truly hard to find 1978 Honda CB 400 "Hondamatic" with 538 original miles! I'm selling this beauty for the original owner who purchased it New in 1978. The gentleman had purchased this as a second bike and rarely rode it. Its been sitting in the garage since the early 1980's. I have not done a thing to this bike. I wanted to leave it untouched so that the new owners can choose to restore this as they please. I am very particular myself and I thought it would be better off as is and in the hands of a collector or Honda expert. The motorcycle kicks through and has good compression. Its showing signs of age on the outside but I think is worthy of a refurbishment. I am not a mechanic, so I cant tell you what it will take to be on the road again. You will be hard pressed to find another with this mileage. Sold As-Is, I can arrange shipping in the lower 48 at the cost of the buyer (Approx $500).
