1964 PONTIAC GTO HARDTOP, PHS DOCUMENTED REAL GTO AND FACTORY TRIPOWER CAR (SEE BODY TAG AND DOCS BELOW.) THIS CAR IS A PROJECT CAR THAT LOOKS TO BE VERY UNMOLESTED AND HAS ALOT OF ITS ORIGINAL PAINT,AND FAIRLY COMPLETE INTERIOR. CAR CURRENTLY HAS A SMALL BLOCK CHEVY V8,(DID NOT CHECK NUMBERS) WITH WHAT LOOKS TO BE FACTORY 4 SPEED TRANS. BODY IS IN NEED OF REPAIRS, LOWER REAR QUARTERS, BOTTOM OF FRONT FENDERS,BACK OF TRUNKLID ROTTED,AND IM SURE MORE, BUT GREAT PRICE RANGE 64 TO RESTORE. FRAME AND FLOORS LOOK IN SOLID ORIGINAL SHAPE. TRUNK FLOOR WAS CUT OUT AND REPLACEMENT SITS IN ITS PLACE TO BE SECURED IN, GAS TANK IS IN TRUNK,CAR CURRENTLY RUNNING OFF OF A GAS CAN IN TRUNK. ALL GLASS IS GOOD EXCEPT WINDSHIELD CRACK. STAINLESS IS DECENT,BUMPERS NEED HELP. CAR RUNS GOOD ,DRIVES AND BRAKES, BUT AS ANY PROJECT FOR RESTO,IS NOT READY TO DRIVE ON ANY TRIPS. THEY DONT MAKE 1964 GTOS ANYMORE, SO IF YOU'VE ALWAYS WANTED ONE, THIS IS A GREAT ONE TO FIX UP,AND A VERY REASONABLE PRICE RANGE TO GET ONE, GOOD LUCK. I do not know this person or there credentials. But I find it nessesary to say, this information is all that was supplied to me by previous owner and all I have. Please do your own due diligence as this is a 54 year old project car and I suppose anything is possible. If your not sure, don't bid,if you already bid,you are not affected as reserve has not been met. I don't need to trick anyone to sell a Pontiac project in this price range.
