This is the year (2008) Jaguar treated the XJ8 to a more sporty and refreshed front and back bumpers that are more aggressive in style compared to older 2004-2007 model years and re badged it XJ. This particular car has the highly desirable and almost Flawless Black exterior with black leather interior. Runs mint. Lots of power. Smooth shifting transmission. Power windows, sunroof, outside mirrors and seats all work like they should. Loaded with factory Alpine audio system and navigation. Chrome wheels with good tires. Interior in is excellent shape with supple leather seats. no cracks visible in steering wheel leather, armrests, door panels or wood trim. Flaws are few, mainly missing fog light cover for passenger side ($100 part), sagging headliner in rear (needs glue) and falling off on sunshade (need re-done). Minor scuff marks on bottom of front bumper. Drivers side rear window was cracked but has been replaced. May need a new battery. Super enjoyable luxury ride for with classic car look that is an absolute joy to drive or be driven in. I would not hesitate to drive this car across country.
