Up for a auction is a 2004 Audi A6 Quattro Bi Turbo S Line AWD. The Audi A6 is a mid-size German sedan. The exterior of this Audi is in AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. As you can see, this is a nice looking sedan. It has a blue exterior with light grey leather interior. As with many older vehicles with this mileage, please expect flaws, imperfections, nicks, scratches, scuffs and body paint blemishes commensurate with age and mileage. On this car, the worst I can point out is a paint fade on the hood. Other than that, the exterior of the sedan looks good. The finish shines nicely and looks smooth. All of the trims are present and show well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The Audi alloy wheels show well for their age, tires are nice shape all around. Tire tread is average. The interior of this 2004 Audi A6 Quattro is in AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The interior of this Audi shows well overall with some blemishes. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The seats and carpets show a little age (see photos) but are not worn excessively for the age and mileage of this sedan. Both front seats are power operated and heated. Rear seats have heating option too. Seating throughout the interior shows well for it's age and is comfortable. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work, rear passanger size power window botton works, but in reverse. The climate control system is fully automatic. The heater works well, but the air conditioning system needs to be recharged. The audio system is Audi Symphony, and sounds fantastic. There are steering wheel audio controls. This sedan is loaded with luxury and convenience features. The cargo area is spacious and clean. There is a full size ready to use spare tire below the trunk. The rear seats fold to allow entry from the trunk for cargo room. Mechanically, this Audi appears to be in FAIR running and driving condition commensurate with model year and mileage. I have been driving this car for months. It starts easily and runs smoothly. The car road manners are good. The suspension is tight - many new parts installed while we owned it. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine sounds and runs well, but the check engine light is on and the hood telescopic levers do not hold the hood up on its own. A rebuilt engine was installed and mileage on it is only about 100,000 by now. We replaced many parts on this cars, including some major work (such as rebuilt engine, timing belt, thermostat, and water pump) and minor work (such as brakes, coils, tires and lots of suspension parts and radiator parts) and have the records available. The car feels strong and runs fast. The automatic transmission engages and shifts as it should. Out on the highway, it drives nice and fast. The Audi AWD system was tested and works well.
