2000 Cagiva Gran Canyon 2000 Cagiva Gran CanyonI have owned this 2000 Cagiva Gran Canyon for about 1 year now. I doubt you will be able to find a better example anywhere and it only has 18,400 miles. This is a clean, unmodified and undamaged example of the model. However, my garage is getting very full so I’m selling a couple bikes. I have ridden this Gran Canyon about 4,000 miles since I purchased it. It is fully serviced with fresh engine oil and filter change. The spark plugs are about a year old and the valves adjusted about 1500 ago. I replaced the chain, both sprockets and the chain slider about 500 mile back.The rear tire is good but the front needs to be replaced. The charging system works great putting out 14.2 volts and all lights work correctly. Both cylinders measured 185 psi during a compression test last year. All lights, horn, turn signals and dash lights work correctly as does everything else on the bike. The bike makes good power and has excellent throttle response. Transmission and clutch work as designed. The bodywork is in amazingly nice condition for a bike its age. Make no mistake this is a used bike so it does have a few little nicks but no real damage of any kind. The bike looks really good, as you can see in the pics.It does not appear to have ever hit the ground. I would not hesitate to ride it anywhere—well with a new front tire. The bike is sold as is, where is. No warranty of any kind. Shipping arrangements and cost are the buyer’s responsibility, though I will help any way that I can. I can store the bike until it can be picked up provided the bike is paid for in full. Paypal is fine for the full amount if the buyer pays the 3 percent Paypal fee. I know this bike will make some lucky buyer very happy. I hate to see it go. Thanks bunch.
