Sweet little Honda scooter that is super fun to ride: model elite E '88. It is 50cc so there is no special motorcycle license needed and low insurance rates. She runs great, I just replaced battery and put a new belt on. There is no clutch just turn the throttle and go have and zip around town. If you want a new seat cover, inexpensive online (water proof $10). I added the after-market mirrors for better rear visibility. Has been serviced at Columbia Motor Scooter in Portland, OR. Does about 35 mph with my 210 pounds on it. Kick start only. All lights/signals function and horn works. Make an offer, Thanks
