1978 Honda CB

This is a good, solid well-kept 1978 CB750. No, it hasn't run for years. I had the entire wiring-harness replaced a few years ago, and that mechanic had it running. It's a K model, SOHC, of course. The engine number is CB750E-3021654. It has 10337 miles on it. It needs work. I will itemize everything that I know of. In the plus column, all the parts are here. The carbs and airbox are not on it at present, but are in a box of miscellaneous parts. I have the right mirror, the right sidecover, brand new points (2 sets) and the old front brake master cylinder. The tires are in fair shape. The right sidecover isn't perfect. The center-stand is on it. All four pipes are original. Problems with it: the front brake probably needs a new master cylinder, and to be put back together. The carbs should be cleaned, then reinstalled. It needs a battery. It needs the plastic part the right grip goes on. I just discovered that it doesn't turn over. I doubt that's a very big problem; it just has to be freed up. One picture shows the welded rear fender; another picture shows a dent in the tachometer. I could not find the toolkit. For an ambitious Honda guy, this bike has the potential to be completely restored to original. Another problem is that I live pretty far from anywhere.
