Over the course of nine months, a very talented (20 year old prodigy) named Johnny Sparks, under the supervision of Doug Killian of Auto Kraft, took a brand new 2011 Mustang GT and carefully stripped it of all its exterior metal. He then fabricated 1968 Fastback body panels and many expertly hand built pieces (and handmade aluminum hood) and fitted them onto the car with absolute perfection. The Reversion still retains the factory glass, weatherstripping, electronics and interior. Editors, automotive journalists, car builders, race drivers, designers and enthusiasts say this IS THE BEST they have ever seen! There is only one Reversion Mustang ever built and the skill level, detail and provenance of this car and its builder, which puts it in an Elite Category of some of the top builders of yesterday and today! Summing up the Reversion Mustang in one word would be difficult, but Spectacular comes to mind. The Mustang was purchased by me at Barrett Jackson Scottsdale on a Friday night 5 years ago and I've had it ever since. It was said by Craig Jackson on stage that this car should've brought north of $150k. Local builders in the Scottsdale area said this would cost $225k-$300k to replicate if they could even do so.
