A great and reliable car with low milage and in very good condition! We are the 2nd owners and bought it used in August 2016 from Jaguar Land Rover Bluff City where it was a trade-in. The original owner bought it from Roadshow BMW in Memphis. We had planned on having this as our family car indefinitely, but unfortunately have to sell it as we are moving overseas. We have been really happy with the car, it handles great, gives good gas milage and we have performed regular maintenance and oil changes on it!This 328i has the Premium Package which includes 8-way power front seats with 2-way manual headrests and driver memory for exterior mirror and seat positions, 4-way adjustable power lumbar support for front seats, Integrated 3-button Universal garage-door opener, automatic-dimming mirrors and hands-free Bluetooth connectivity. The front seats also have 3-step seat heaters.For a full list of standard features check sites like Edmunds or BMW. Ebay does not allow web-links in the listing.The exterior is in truly great shape with only a few minor dings and scratches as can be expected for a car from 2008. When we bought the car we had the paint professionally cleaned and treated with a protective coating from Varigon Solutions in Memphis ($500). The interior leather and finishes also look really well maintained and are in much better condition than any other equivalent cars we looked at. We did do a Pre Purchase Inspection of the vehicle with an independent mechanic before purchasing it (Alpine Autoworks in Memphis). We also bought all new Michelin tires when we purchased the car and also replaced the battery. When we bought the car from Jaguar Land Rover Bluff City the Carfax report did show an minor accident in 2015 with the vehichle being functional after the accident and stating that the airbags did not deploy. We also had the vehichle inspected by a body repair professional to make sure it was just a minor incident (the previous owner had reported it was a minor fender bender in the rear and that the bumber was replaced). While we have owned it we did have another car back into our front bumper with a trailer hitch in a parking lot. The incident created a small hole in the bumper and it was claimed on the other partys insurance. We got the bumper replaced and repainted and we can of course provide both pictures (before/after) and paperwork of this if requested. All in all a great car that we will miss when its gone.
