Here for sale, one of 500 E55's brought to the U.S. in 2000. Car is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition with a clean Carfax and only 88,000 miles. It is an Obsidian black car that is amazingly straight down the sides with no dents or dings. As pictures reflect, paint is in excellent condition without swirl marks typical of black cars. The interior is spotless, like new. Mechanically the car is TURN KEY. Only issue to note is CD changer in trunk won't eject.. In addition to being well maintained over the years (as Carfax reflects), more than $10k was spent since 2014 addressing issues that typically plague Mercedes of this age. This work included new motor and transmission mounts, new front control arm bushings, new water pump, new drive belt, transmission service, new crank position sensor and a new A/C compressor ("very expensive"). Also included were new Falcon tires and recently restored AMG mono block black powder coated wheels. This is an immaculate example of an E55 that are getting harder and harder to find.
