1948 Oldsmobile Futuramic 98 Sedanet Project Thank you for taking a look at our 1948 Oldsmobile Futuramic 98 Sedanet (Coupe). A completely new design for Oldsmobile, the 1948 98 series drew much of its design inspiration from the Futuramic styling concept. This car certainly needs some attention and has a lot of rust throughout but would make for an excellent rat rod or resto-mod project! The inline 8 looks to be fairly complete but we have not attempted to make it run. Much of the trim is present on the car but needs to be repaired. If you're looking for a unique project, this could be it! Please take a look at the pictures below to see the condition of the car. It steers and rolls but we have not tested the brakes.
