***This is a NO RESERVE listing and will sell to the highest bidder*** This is a really cool barn fresh 1960's Honda motorcycle. I believe it to be a C200 with an upgraded S90 front end on it but I could be wrong. It came out of the same New Jersey barn as it's little brother that is also for sale in my other auction which is a 1965 Honda S65. This bike was owned by the same owner as the other bike I have for sale. However, I have NO TITLE for this bike, and as such I'm not 100% sure as to the exact year or model of it. It is also missing a couple of parts such as: The exhaust/muffler, left side battery cover, battery, front sprocket cover, chain cover, and the horn. The good news is you should be able to find all of those parts right here on eBay! Although I started to work on this bike, it is NOT currently running. However, I have spent some time and money on it. Here is what I can tell you: It turns over and has compression, and it generates a vibrant spark. I went through the main electrical harness and soldered repairs to the rectifier, and the main harness. I cleaned the points which have lots of life left in them, as well as the generator coils and flywheel. I installed a new spark plug cap. I also cleaned and rebuilt the ignition, and disassembled and cleaned/reassembled the carburetor. I also replaced the throttle cable and front brake cable with new cables, cleaned the fuel tank, and installed new fuel lines, new petcock/fuel shutoff valve, and a new magnetic fuel filter. This bike is very close to being ride-able. I came to a stopping point when the kick start lever/shaft stripped out on me. So these would need to be replaced. I would also recommend new tires and tubes although they hold air for a few days, the tires are dry rotted. Also recommend a new chain. This bike comes with a spare/parts engine that was also found in the same barn, and is mostly complete except for the oil drain cover, and cylinder head bolts. It would probably need a top end rebuild for complete use as it was found with the cylinder sitting next to it. I installed it for ease of transportation. I have tried to be as descriptive as possible on this bike. Again, it is NOT running, there is NO title, and it is missing a couple of parts. It does have compression, it does generate a vibrant spark, and it does come with many new parts and spare parts. Lots of potential here. I would finish it myself but cannot due to health reasons. It comes with a spare C200 motor. I can assist with loading the bike, but shipping or pickup is YOUR responsibility.
