Up for sale is a 2001 Mercedes Benz S500 sedan. Overall the car is in good clean condition. The engine and transmission are running great and the car only has 117000 miles. The engine bay is nice and clean. The exterior is Gold and the interior is a tan leather. Interior is in really good condition and is clean. Seats are not torn or ripped. Has navigation and a CD changer in the trunk. The air conditioning works nice and cold. Tires are almost new and brakes pads still have a lot of life left in them. Air shocks work without any issues that I can tell. The car drives smooth. What it will need: 1) It will need some paint and bodywork on the front driver fender and a spot on the door. It also has a dent on the passenger fender. Someone backed into the front driver side fender so it was replaced. They also scraped some of the door and bumper corner. The car is fine just the way it is but could use some minor TLC on those parts. You could find parts that are already the same color and then no paint will be necessary. 2) The back passenger door will not open. It may be something simple but I am not sure. Also the back passenger window needs a new track/motor for the window to go up and down. All other windows work perfect! NOTE: I saw that Autocheck on Ebay shows a title issue from the accident but I was given a clear title to the car when I purchased it. The title is not salvage or branded. The only primary accident damage was to the front driver side fender and a replacement fender was put on. You are free to inspect the car prior to bidding and see that everything else looks just fine. The paint is in great condition and will shine up nicely with a good wash and wax. There and some minor scratched and dings here and there which one would expect from a 2001 car. Overall the exterior is in really good condition aside from what was mentioned above. I bought this car for my 78 year old father and we realized that it is just too big of a car for him to drive. That is the only reason we are selling. The car is for sale locally and I reserve to end the auction at any time. I am asking $2500 for the car due to the couple TLC items that it needs. Definitely worth the price.
