Vehicle Detail
EXTERIOR:This car originated in Florida and came to MA in 2012. It runs perfectly, has a great interior and the original paint is in good condition for its age. Upon close inspection you will see some minor flaws from normal highway driving, but you have to get close to see them and they are nothing you wouldn't expect on a car from 2007.INTERIOR:Interior is good. I have meticulously gone over this car. I'm THOROUGH, I replaced an interior door handle that was not perfect, the cupholder facades, the hood emblem. This thing is NICE! The wood dash is shiny and not scratched, doors are solid, and absolutely every single thing works! Only 2 things to note: the center console has a bit of peeled paint/exposed plastic, this is normal wear. Not that noticeable but just pointing it out. Also left rear window operates up and down fine but sometimes hesitates to come back up if you put it all the way down. This is so minor I really don't need to list it. It works, it's up and I never have a problem unless I put it all the way down, then have to play with it a little to get it back up. REPAIR/MAINTENANCE since 125,000:*Rebuilt (and guaranteed for life) ABS Hydraulic unit/controller. Rebuilt by BBA Remanufacturing - they understand and correct the design flaw that causes this issue. When this unit fails the ABS and traction control systems fail (they are both brake operated). This is a very common issue and I have addressed it for you! Don't buy a ticking bomb, buy mine which has had the flaw taken care of. The unit alone is ~$2000 nevermind labor.*Freshly bled brakes with new fluid*Valve cover gasket replaced (another major maintenance item done for you, yes, it's maintenance on a BMW) along with spark plug gaskets.*Oil filter housing gasket*Eccentric shaft sensor gasket*Eccentric shaft motor gasket*New washer fluid pump*New windshield wipers*New Headlight bulbs*New passenger interior door grab (the large one that does not open the door). The OEM material on this breaks down and gets sticky (known flaw) so I replaced it. *Engine degreased and cleaned (from previous oil seepage from aged valve cover gasket)*Some new coolant hoses and repair to coolant system so no leaks and heat and a/c work great. This vehicle is my daily drive, so mileage will go up.
