The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a Beautiful 2003 Lexus RX300 with 78,906 miles. There has been only one owner since new. It is equipped with All-Wheel-Drive, leather interior, heated seats, CD changer, and the power sunroof. All of the power equipment and equipment in this SUV have been checked and tested to verify proper operation including the air conditioning. This RX300 runs flawlessly. There aren’t any service or warning lights on. The 3.0L engine runs very strong and smoothly and the transmission shifts very nicely. The owner installed a complete set of new tires a few months ago which are still showing most of their tread. All of the brake pads are brand new. The oil & filters and belts were also replaced this week. There aren't any service or warning lights on and this Lexus is ready for immediate pickup and use. The exterior of this Lexus looks terrific. The beige metallic paint has maintained excellent gloss and luster over the entire body with nothing other than a few nicks or minor imperfections. There aren’t any dents or scratches. The vehicle history report shows some minor incidents that only resulted in cosmetically bumper damage. They were both refinished and look perfect. There is no body damage. There isn’t any body rust at all, and the undercarriage is very clean. The interior of this RX300 is crisp and very clean. All leather surfaces are soft and supple and the carpeting is fresh and fluffy throughout this vehicle. There aren't any rips, holes or damage on any of the seats or carpets. All of the interior trim pieces are intact, tight and in excellent condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors. We have the clear title in hand. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
