Title will be transferred TITLE ONLY for Texas residents. Donor states that vehicle has oil in the cylinders. Vehicle does turn over but will not start. Vehicle has clean title. Being that it is a donated vehicle we are not able to give much information about history of vehicle. Other than needing new molding all over please go by pictures of vehicle.
