This auction is for a 2002 Porsche Boxster S. I love this car and it is a blast to drive but I simply don't drive it as much as I used to (purchased a Jeep Wrangler for off roading). This Boxster S needs someone that will have fun with it. The engine purs like a kitten and has had all of it's maintenance over the years with Porsche Certified shops (full documentation). The engine was replaced, by Porsche, at ~10k miles because of a RMS leak, so even though the car has 80k miles the engine only has 70k on it. It will likely need new tires and some brake pads. It sat for about a month without driving it an the battery died (you should replace the battery just in case) but I jump started it and it sounds perfect. There is a warning on the dash about the Engine Temp Indicator. This just started after sitting for a month so I have no idea what the problem is. A new GAHH convertible top with glass rear window was installed about 2 years ago (factory top had plastic window). This is the best aftermarket top you can buy and it uses factory canvas. The interior is in great shape with no cracks in the leather (full leather sport seats). With some minor with this car will really shine and give many more miles of fun.
