This is really a super fun tiny car project that currently runs and drives for loading on your transport trailer. Engine runs strong shifts through all gears needs brakes and overall maintenance service. The car is actually pretty quick and able to keep up with traffic. The exterior outer rocker on driver side is the only rust area on the car, pans and wheel wells tight. Comes with OE air cleaner housing and other parts. Excellent windshield no chips or cracks.The Sport Prinz was a 2-seater sports coupe variant.[11] It was designed by Franco Scaglione at Bertone studios in Turin. 20,831 were manufactured between 1958 and 1968.[11] The first 250 bodies were built by Bertone in Turin. The rest were built in Neckarsulm at a company called Drautz which was later bought by NSU.The Sport Prinz initially was powered by the 583 cc (35.6 cu in) Prinz 50 straight-2 engine but a maximum speed of 160 km/h (99 mph) was nevertheless claimed.This car sells with a valid New Mexico bill of sale only. no title. On Jan-30-17 at 22:22:17 PST, seller added the following information: Additionally, the seat springs are in very good not rusted or broken condition and ready for new pads and seat covers. The seat's do slide and function. Speedometer works as well as odometer. I have not cleaned up the electrical system but all wires and connections are present and good condition. The windshield, rear glass and side glass are all clean, clear not cracked or chipped. The windows roll up and down doors close tight. The front and rear bumpers headlight rings and other trim are almost perfect, no pitting, dents or scrapes, chrome needs polished. The hood is not bolted on at hinges, the rear deck lid engine cover needs a new hinge pin on left side. Windshield wiper motor is missing. The car comes with the chrome trim as pictured, included are the hood trim strip and other misc NSU exterior trim. It will need new tires and tubes along with other general normal maintenance that you do to a 57 year old tiny car before you can start commuting to work and the grocery store every day. I've only driven it in my neighborhood, it's a lot of fun to ride in and drive. Definitely, some serious German engineering went into this simple to work on and operate automobile. it's pretty incredible that it has lasted the test of time in this good of condition. The OEM ignition wires are all there and ready to clip back to the OEM switch when new key is made. I do not have the tail light lens they are available on eBay. The clutch does slip some and should be renewed. It does come with the engine air cooling intake side panel not seen in photos.
