1962 Chevy C60 dump truck. Truck runs and drives good, it has a 283 V-8, 4 speed manual transmission with 2 speed rear end. The truck had some dents and dings repaired on the edges of the fenders and was painted in 2007. The bed was also installed in 2007 it was a brand new 9 foot aluminum Schien bed and has only had a dozen loads of rock hauled in it. It has been kept around my shop as a sort of show truck and is not used for anything other than looking pretty and taking up space in my shop. The hoist works fine but the pump leaks some oil around the input driveshaft. The emergency brake has also been removed. It has hydraulic brakes which work fine, the tires are old but are in good condition and hold air. It hasn't been driven more than about 10 miles at a time for the last 20 years so plan on either driving it a short distance home or hauling it on a trailer. Overall it is a good old truck with a really nice aluminum bed on it. I could potentially deliver the truck within the state of Illinois, for a modest fee of course.
