This truck spent its life as a work truck on a cattle ranch in Simi Valley California. It was meticulously maintained and well taken care of. Not an indoor truck though. Looks to me like at some point it encounered some rust and was neutralized by the owner a long time ago, above the doors and along the passenger side of the bed (see pix). The body is not perfect but in good shape. There is a small dent on the passenger door and on the tailgait (see pix). This truck runs drives and shifts perfectly but will need a clutch and throw out bearing soon. Clutch does not slip but it is at the end of its adjustment. If you are looking for a perfect truck or a show winner please do not bid. It has a gun rack, cowboy hat holder and a NRA "lifetime member" sticker in the window. Truly a cowboy ranch truck here. Also has 3 rattlesnake rattles hanging from the air conditioning knobs, I have not changed a thing. It is an original "air conditioning" truck but the compressor has been removed but everything else seems to be there still. It has drum brakes all around and is a non power steering model. The odometer reads 65,000, probably has went around but not sure, it spent its whole life on a ranch. It is currently registered in california and in my name with original CA blue plates. I have an envelope with reciepts from the person i bought it from who has owned it since 1971. Also 3 different original red shop manuals that came with the truck.the tires are decent and have some life left on them. This is sold AS-IS so ask a lot of questions. This is a really cool old truck with some cool vintage elements to it, you will not be dissapointed.
