Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is a 1988 Suzuki Samurai. Engine runs great and does not smoke but the car needs work to be roadworthy. The things that I know are issues are the usual rust spots...wheel wells, rocker panels, driver floor, under the backseat, But all in all the undercarriage and frame and overall condition is very good for its age. The alternator needs to be replaced as the bearings are seized, a short piece of hard brake line from the valve in the back is leaking, so no pedal... that would be a really quick fix... the master cylinder and wheel cylinders/calipers all seem to be solid and leak free. Under the hood...engine/suspension and chassis are unmolested from new. The interior is rough and will need seat covers and some cleaning. The tires are like new. The lights work, horn doesn't. The bumpers are garbage. It comes with a very rare and hard to find removable hardtop!! This is a perfect candidate for restoration or a Rockcrawler or anything you want to do with it. I am running this as a no reserve auction so please do not bid if you are not ready to pay. I will require a $500 deposit via PayPal within 48 hours and the balance can be paid via PayPal or cash when you pick it up within ten days. I have a clean Pennsylvania title, you will need to trailer it home...but can drive it on the trailer.
