I'm selling my old 94 Chevy 1500. Just put a used motor in it, but it will now not go above 50mphDon't really have time or money to put anymore into this truck.I just have it parked for now, it does run & drive, just needs a little more work.I'am selling in as is condition. This truck is strong, just needs more work.The transmission is either starting to go, or needs to be flushed out and new fluid put in.It just made a long trip in Oct 2016, 2300 miles. Three weeks later the engine went. I still do have the old one, was told it needs new head gaskets and plugs & wires. When I drove it here it started having trouble when I made it to Idaho, I think that is when the head gaskets went on the old motor.The old motor goes with the truck if sold. I was told it would need new head gaskets & a cleaning, coolant may have got into the heads themselves, or more, & a tune up, plugs & wires & oil change.That is what I was told the old motor needed that was pulled out of it. The old motor is a 350hp 5.7L V8Please remember this is a As Is sale. I love this truck, but I guess I have to let go this time.It now is a good running truck, but will not go above 50-mph, and may or may not need transmission work.
